This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Here is a modern building I designed. Initially, it is to be a library. However, does not have to be a library, it could be nearly anything you wish for it to be on account of how the building was designed such as a college lecture hall, car dealership showroom, dance hall, banquet hall, exhibition hall, art gallery, science exhibit, WWII exhibit, other history exhibits, natural history ehibits, green house, greenhouse, zoo reptile house, you name it! Well, with proper modification that is. Each choice is different. Though the stone and stucco exterior looks artful, you would be missing out if you haven't seen the interior! There, is a central raised circular atrium capped by a soaring glass dome. There are currently no furnishings but the bathroom fixtures are pre-installed, thanks to Cordelle for the toilets and urinals. everything else was strictly made by me. Observe the complete interior with its unique array of concrete pilars and steel girder beams. Light wooden floor throughout. The best thing about it is that it is wheel chair accessable, a friendly thing for the handicapped. I shot for something completely original and modern contemporary so please do enjoy this building.
