Penthouse on Paul's Projects Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 This is a combination of two models - mine and Paul's. To properly view this model, turn off shadows, then the roof,2nd floor, penthouse, ceiling. The original apartments are then visible. This way you can visualize the relationship of the penthouse to the apartments below. Mucho TY Paul. My 200th model! Note: this could be the manager's unit.
