This is the Occult Research Club from the popular ecchi anime Highschool DxD.

Finally Rias and her friends have a place to call home! They can do various activities here, such as:

• playing chess
• drinking tea
• turn off the candles (much fun, I know)
• sit on Rias' chair and feel like a boss
• sit on the sofa and feel like Rias' servant
• wash your hands
• dry your hands
• take a shower
• pull the curtains (so you can peek while someone takes a shower)

Nearly any objects you see can be moved. So ultimately you can customize the interior of this room to your likings!

It's main purpose is to be used with MikuMikuDance (MMD for short). It's a dancing software mainly for anime characters with a large community of motion and model creators. You can get the software here: https://learnmmd.com/downloads

For anyone not interested in that use, I also provided a FBX file in case you want to continue working with the model (e.g. putting it in a game).
