Sketchy Physics SL Landing Carrier

Sketchy Physics SL Landing Carrier Free 3D model

Description

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 13 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 This is a landing craft I designes because I wanted to experiment with the thrust physic. It does fly, however the thrust needs increasing for use in 1G gravity, as the environment at the moment is only set to 0.3 I think. It can fly upwards, forwards and backwards (however is out of balance in revers.) Please be aware that if you use this craft with any loads, unless perfectly balanced, the craft will tilt and not fly right. It took me a long wile of trial and error to get the thrust distribution perfect, so if you make any changes at all, you will need to move them until they are balanced at all. Wile flying forwards, use the leg extensions as wing. Will in forward flight, push them down to pitch down and up to pitch up (there weigh causes a diffrence in the balance.) Also, wile flying and taking off, make sure the legs are set to 0.5 on the slider, or again, the balance will be off. It is a very sensitive craft.
