The Twist-and-Squeeze Deo-Mop.

By simply turning the handle of the mop (through an angle less than 720 degrees) the strings of the mop are efficiently squeezed and at the same time twisted, draining the strings of excess water/liquid (where the quantity of liquid can be controlled by the angle of twist) and graciously scented (kudos to the deodorant included in the string case), thereby giving the user of the mop an aesthetically pleasing, scenting and pleasurable experience while mopping.

The features of the mop include: 1. Twist and squeeze capability of strings (enabled by the outer casing)

2. Twist and squeeze in standing position, without bending-prevents strain while using (enabled by the screw thread mechanism and handle position)

3. Easy twisting of the handle. Left handed screw thread was utilized (as most people are right handed and thus, they find Clockwise motion easier than anti-clockwise). Therefore, to squeeze the mop (the more difficult task), turn the handle clockwise, and to release, turn anti-clockwise.

4. Adequate mechanical advantage (enabled by the multi-start screw thread utilized in the screw thread mechanism)

5. Deodorant in the string casing (provides additional alluring sensation [through sense of smell] while using)...
