Aluminum Can High Detail 16 OZ free 3D model

DESCRIPTION

A generic 16oz aluminum can I modeled for my Monster project. I removed all the Monster markings so now it can be used for any project. Wrap it with your favorite beverage label. The can is dimensionally accurate and fairly detailed.

I'm uploading my original Solidworks 2013 files as well as Binary Parasolid, STEP, STL, OBJ & 3D PDF.

This is just out of curiosity. Supposed I wanted to have several labels: Coca-Cola, Pepsi, etc. I imagine one way is to use a real can plus scissors, to make it flat. How else can this be done? What is the best practice?

I like how the can is in seperate groups, lets me add my own textures, and colour separately. Good for those of us who can’t model yet. Appreciate your effort.
