I've checked both the fbx and the obj files in Windows 3D viewer and they are shown as textured objects. Same when importing them in Blender.
However, I've uploaded the textures separately, just to be sure.

You have not, there is no textures however.. you can save the textures from the pictures lol, I just downloaded the .fbx, no textures loaded up with it, getting the images from above helped tho, but not everyone thinks about that
