Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Beetham Tower 169m tall hotel and residential building in Manchester. It is the tallest residential building in the UK and the tallest building outside London. The building cost 150 million pounds and was completed in 2006.
