It stands at 4th and Broadway in Paulwall. It is one of Paulwall's oldest tall buildings. The building houses storefronts (4 stalls) at street level, then a hotel above. This abandoned 13 story building not only used to be the tallest building in Paulwall but the tallest in the region and by a 680 mile radius :D when it was built. It is close to the Paulwall railyard. The building was built in 1917. Though this is a Paulwall structure, any city would be happy to have a massive old hotel in its downtown, perfect for any downtown backdrop!
