This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 This is a house that could be found in your typical midwestern neighborhood. It has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It is a detailed model with many things to offer such as an impressive master bathroom, a hobby station in the garage, a high vaulted ceiling in the living room, kitchen cabinets, fireplace, and window mouldings. There is a giant dormer in the back. Basement access is under the stairs. This house has plenty of warmth as can be shown in the carpeted stairs. The dining room boasts a large front window. The breakfast nook features the back door. The kitchen has 2 ovens. Enjoy this highly detailed model and its interesting floorplan. Please rate! This is the type of house that I am most familiar with and one of my favorites. To the guy who claims this to be one of Cordelle's models, it isn't. This is the original house. Cordelle remodeled it for a model he did later. If I use a model from somebody else, I always tell you.
