Split Level House

Split Level House Free 3D model

Description

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 This is a house here in town that I looked at while I was house hunting. The only changes that I did was to reconfigure the upstairs bathrooms, the downstairs utility room, add a bay for the Master Bedroom and the room downstairs, and add a door to the basement. The kitchen sink has a window bay as well. This is a greenhouse in the actual house. This house had 6,000 SqFt of stuff crammed into a 2200SqFt house! A hoarders haven! It is listed at about 250K and has been on the market for several weeks. The original woodwork is knotty pine doors, trim, and cabinets. I rejected it because the space for the refrigerator was too narrow and one would have to cut back the cabinets and granite counters to make it fit. At the top end of my budget, this was not feasible. So take a look, to bad there is not a ratings any more that I am aware of, I would like to see what you think of this plan. The house was built in 1978, so it is a dated plan, although I really like the layout. By the way, the garage has 4 layers of 'stuff' in it!
