This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Thank you very much for the house, Red Hawk! It is a nice little house. However, When I downloaded it, it was a hollow shell. I gave it a complete interior. Because I did not know the floorplan of this house, I invented one. This house doesn't have an extrordinary floorplan. It has its kitchen and living room in the front with dining inide the kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms in the back with 1.5 bathrooms. The master bedoom has dual closets. All the utilties are in the landry room. I kept the colors and the design so I could compliment his work, not cover it up. I cleaned up some of the lines about the exterior. I also redid the fence in the back as well as gave it a gate. The vent on the roof was by Chuck. It was already placed on the house. Explore the house with the layers toolbar. Enjoy this hybrid of the 2 people :) Red Hawk used to be so many different names before and now he is Southern Italian Guy, the owner of this house keeps changing his profile name.
