This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 We opened our own apartments that will be near KPHL. I will shoot them for website as on screenshot. FULLY FURNISHED!!! I made everything except computers and keys BY MYSELF. But I worked on this for 2 months so I lost the names of my contributors so please check the contributors list.
