Retro House Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Here is a classy retro style house. See its lightly pitched roof. The front windows take up the shape from what the roof gives them. Specific highlights of this old house includes but are not limited to the low bushes, carport, large shed, lots of glass, central kitchen, a large living room, slider in the dining room, tiled bathrooms, large fire place and sloped ceilings in most rooms. There are 3 bedrooms and 1.75 bathrooms in this house. This authenticates a real retro house. Well, at least the master bedroom has sliders for its own private patio access and bathroom.
