Retro House Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Here is a classy retro style house. See its lightly pitched roof and exposed joists. The front windows take up the shape from what the roof gives them. Specific highlights of this old house includes but are not limited to the stone planters, carport, large shed, bushes, lots of glass, central kitchen, 2 living areas, glass dining room, large fire place (living room), washer/dryer, sloped ceilings in most rooms (including each bedroom). There are 3 bedrooms and 1.75 bathrooms in this house. This authenticates a real retro house, I find it unusual that one of the secondary bedrooms is actually a little bigger in area than the master bedroom. Well, at least the master bedroom has sliders for its own covered patio access and bathroom. In dept details include a stove vent in the roof. I hope I didn't bore you with all this blah blah blah about this house.
