Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 This model is based on a store in New England that I drove by several times while driving truck. It originally was an Ell-shaped farmhouse that was commercialized by squareing the ground floor and making the shop keeper's quarters upstairs. Ground floor remodeled into retail space. Empty store, all ready for the next tennant. Unfortunately, the last ones took the appliances, darn them! So you would have to provide them. TY to the contributors. The false front is my idea.
