Mountain House 1 Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 I figgured I better finish this one. This house is located in a gated community outside a mining town located 25 Miles NE of here. Due to town codes, the town looks the same as it did when it was founded in the 1800s. New construction must look the same on the outside. This house is located at the end of a narrow, bumpy, dirt road. It has had 2 owners since it was built in the 1970s. I moved the garage next to the house, the actual house is connected by a breezeway. Inside is pine panelling, outside is cedar siding on the actual house. From the main room windows you can see forever, however, due to the smoke from the forest fires, you could not see very far. Also on the property is another 2-car garage with laundry and a studio apartment upstairs. Smoke stack is tall because of deep snow in the winter. TY Paul for appliances.
