Built in the 16th century, it is a local landmark and major urban architecture currently owned by the descendants of the Marquis de Camacho. The mansion has Pagan and Pedro Ayuso, who died in Librilla on February 19, 1909 and was mayor of Murcia in 1874, a descendant of the aristocratic family that gave its name to the square of Camachos Murcia. Old noble house dating from the faceplate with numbers typical of the sixteenth century, the year 1598, although it has undergone more renovations in its original state. This house marks the canons of large houses typical of the Villa, on two levels with a gabled roof and supported by large wooden beams of the time. They stand out from the inside of the large kitchen with its large fireplace, the typical eighteenth-century furniture and some family portraits done by highlighting one of Guimbarda Wssel and their distribution around a central courtyard that integrates nature and architecture.
