The file is currently only available in blender format. Modeling uses Blender assets (all are my own models except fences, trees and flowers). There are animations in the model (door). After downloading the files, if you extract them all in a single folder, it will be fine. If the buyer is not satisfied, the file can be modified. If anyone wants to buy the model, I can convert it to the desired format. It is forbidden to edit the model and sell it on other platforms.
