Italian villa Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 This small villa consists of 2 sections connected by a link. The house section has old stone gable walls and a newer house in between them. Stone is left as is on the outside and inside. The addition has stone veneer gables to match the original ones. Walls are thicker at the window and door locations to give the illusion of a thick wall on the addition. 4 bedrooms, rustic attic, 3 levels. Possible basement, There is a studio over the garage, which has the garage door at the rear so as not to spoil the front facade. Unused windows in the old gables are closed up.
