House with Basement Free 3D model

Essentialy the Zen house with a basement. Main floor has several changes: the Dining Room has a home-made table, the Laundry and Bath is replaced with stairs, the Jack and Jill bath has been changed to a hall access split bath. Downstairs there is a 3-car garage, a rec-room, theatre, bar, bath and games room. Still a rear garage entrance house. Walkway with arches accesses the back door. Designed for a sloping lot. Made my own door locks as well, and windows and doors. Atrium has been moved downward to the basement level with stairs to the main floor. Master Bedroom sliding doors is changed to windows.
