House project Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Now this is what I call a house! Come take a tour instead of taking my word for it! That brick and stucco fascade is inviting enough! Let us not forget those craftsman touches including the gable, shutters and windows. But you know the exterior is only half the glory. Come on in and see the interior! Walk right into a foyer and great room with soaring 10 foot ceilings and crown moldings. You wouldn't want to miss the built-ins upon the sides of the fire place. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms in this glamourous pad! The secondary bedrooms are seperate from the master suite. The ensuite master bath has dual sinks, dual closets AND a private toilet! There is a pantry in the kitchen. Yet again, DO NOT take my word for it! See it today! The layers make navigation easy. This kind of house is common on Paulwall's northwest side.
