Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Check out this quaint cabin like house. Some may call it a cottage. Why not both... and throw a bungalow in there or two. Well, that's beyond the point. The point is, you get a small family house decked out in many craftsman details about the exterior. Enjoy its wooden porch on the left and the signiture box window on the right side. Around back you'll see some carraige style garage doors. This house is situated on a corner lot so the side entry garage makes sense. Ready to come inside? Be greeted by a large living space with a high cathedral ceiling and big fire place with a television niche above. This does not mention the wooden art niche just inside the door.
