There are quite a few retro ranch houses to be found in various Paulwall neighborhoods in eras such as the 40's through present, though this one in partucilar looks like a late 60's or mid 70's. This contemporary house shows a lot of retro features such as the brick veneer, diagonal planter and large picture window in the front as things common in a retro house. Come inside to see a giant living room before your very eyes, warmed by a modern contemporary fire place. Directly beyond the fire place is a front dining room, which after theat is the kitchen. The kitchen shares a room with the family room. The left wing contains four comfortable bedrooms and 1.75 bathrooms. The right wing contains the laundry/mud room, powder room, pantry, garage, and stairs leading to the basement. You already know by now I resent modeling basements so I don't usually do so. But the stairs let you know it's there. The low bushes were included for the added retro touch. However, you'd see everything matured by now. I hope you enjoy this house and please rate :)
