This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 This is possibly bigger than a small house. It is a contemporary suburban tract house, possibly late 70's when it was built. There are quite a few Paulwall houses like this. Don't make a statement just by looking at the front of it though it has some attractive brick work and tidy vinyl siding. Come inside through an oval glassed front door. In there you'd see yourself in a large living space along with your walled dining room and large kitchen. The kitchen even has a bay window. The living room allows patio access. The 4 bedrooms and 1.75 bathrooms make up the entire right side of the house. I couldn't really call this a retro house but there are a few qualities that might make it feel that way. It is certainly a contemporary house to say the least. Sketchup made the sconces. I hope you enjoy this house and please rate :)
