Description

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 13 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 So you are likely already familiar with the fact that Paulwall has a lot of old homes. This one happened to be renovated from its original 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom version to 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. This is not a Sears Home, though, it is a Gordon Van Tine Home. It is similar to a foursquare house though people may not call it that. Like any kit home, you'd walk into a great big living room, beyond, a dining room, then a kitchen in the far back corner. Basement stairs would be below the main stair. The laundry room used to be the pantry. The furnace is in the basement, then rides a chase up through the house in the form of a chimney. The building itself, built in the 20's is a relic of mail-order homes mass produced for the growth of cities. Sit on its grand porch, the signature item, or in the singanature bay window upstairs. Either way, you might like to live in this home. It is an 8-minute bus ride to downtown Paulwall or in 10 minute walking proximity to the Paulwall College main campus. This is also near a busy shopping center. The house is in a neighborhood full of other beautifully preserved old homes with tree-lined streets. Enjoy and please rate :)
