Florida House Free 3D model

Here is a Florida house for all of ya'll! I go to Florida every now and then on account of half the family's residence. So, why not a Florida house for my collection right? Here is an Arthur Rutenburg Home, a prominant builder there, known for luxury simgle family homes, this of no exception. It is my father's dream home as a matter of fact. This home features 3 bedrooms, 2.75 bathrooms, a den w/ octagonal seating area in front, high coffered ceilings, grand master suite, large sliders, a pool, screen enclosure, and an outdoor kitchen! The pantry in actual kitchen has a secret entrance. There is an oversized island and stainless steel appliances. In the back, there is a nice-sized bonus room w/ double door entry. Actually, the master suite has that too! Enjoy this home in Lakewood Ranch, Florida, just outside of the beautiful Sarasota. Please Rate.
