This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 This is a detailed Dutch colonial house shell done by Hamernhank. The interior has been completely added by me. The house has a typical floor plan with a large living room. The living room has a fire place and a powder room. The formal dining room has a corner fire place and wainscotting. The kitchen is designed to allow a breakfast table. Beyond is a laundry room and basement access (door is locked so we can't go down there). There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. The garage is locked as well but it is nothing but an open rectangular space so you are not missing anything. I hope you enjoy this house and please rate :)
