Dursley House Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Commonly know as %2324 Privet Drive, this English house is where Harry Potter stayed when he was not at Hogwarts. The house is not too far from London. Enjoy these terraced townhouses. Each apartment has an accessable interior! Now, the real house plan differs from the one on the Warner Bros set as well as in the Harry Potter book series. This model is to represent the real thing there at Picket Post Close in Winkfield Row, England. Even the measurements are real. So What I see from the set, could not all be what's actually inside this small house for the space is very small. The first story rooms are self explanitory. Upstairs you get 4 little bedrooms without closets and 1 family bathroom, as typical in most English residences. They also feature a tiny powder room on the ground floor. The house has a very tight stairway in front. I made sure I got thoural imagery from each side of the building so I could make a good guess on what the interior entitled.
