Cube Contemporary Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Here you see a modern contemporary house in the shape of a cube. It is actually a tiny little thing...but still has everything of the American dream home. It is a 3 bedroom with each bedroom having its own balcony. There is a double bathroom upstairs both with own toilet and sink but joined by the shower (the master bedroom is the one that has a door to it. The hall provides the other. There are skylights and exposed beams. Downstairs features a big open room (living and dining) perfect for parties. It is edged by the kitchen in the back. The downstairs bathroom has a shower (each sliding glass door has a folding cover on the inside in case anybody asks). More? The house has a pool and sits on a large lot.
