Coral House Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 13 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 This is the Coral model by CBH Homes. It is an actual house located in the Devonshire subdivision here in Boise, ID. Started on Jan 1st,now it is at the drywall stage. Will close in April and plan to move in in May. This model has tabs and most of my furniture is in, other furniture is by Sketchup. My furniture is in semi-detailed block form. As I check on the house, frquently I might add, the model is updated to reflect the changes. Pretty cool to see my house being built! The roof has clipped gables on the front and the 3rd car garage which the model does not have. The addition is for the future, someday. The lot next to mine has been sold, so the addition may sooner that later. This gives 10' more depth to the bonus room. Will see if I need that. Or not. Health is OK, for now.
