This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Here is an old house that happens to be a quadriplex. In other words, a four-plex meaning four apartments make up this building. Beyond the obvious as you can see in the four large windows in the front. Though the building is simple, some of the components of the building that are complex such as the stairs and decks out back. The old house is long as what you can see in long, narrow apartments. You walk in through the living room with decorative wainscotting and fireplace. Down the hall, there are a couple of small bedrooms and a single bathroom. the kitchen/dining is in the back. Every room in this house has a window thanks to the rear light court. I personally like the victorian windows in front. This house is a 1913 Sears Catalog kit home, with modeling as true to the original design as possible. The only thing that wasn't in the plan was the refridgerator. There is a basement that is divided into two parts and is accessed via cellar hatches around back. I hope you enjoy this old house and please rate :)
