3ds max 2014, 2013, 2012 and obj. files type in folder. It is not low poly model. You can use it any visual project or realistic renders. All render settings are adjusted and scene is ready for render.

Upside, this is a realistic, well-proportioned 4-square fortlet, and free. Downside, fortlet is miniscule speck in midst of vast ground-plane, was at limit of zoom for both 3DOC and Open3Mod viewer. The OBJ's MTL does not call the supplied textures, so fortlet does not display as seen above. Groups and materials have totally non-meaningful names. The timber (?) lean-to roofing is grouped as wall-brick, along with the ground-plane. Optional back-drop's HDR format was not recognised by IrfanView (!!), but opened in XnView. I do not have MAX, so could not check if that 'native' format 'plays nicer'. :-(
