Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 The Cirque d'hiver (Winter Circus) was built in 1852 in Paris, France. The building was designed by Jacques Ignace Hittorf and originally open as Cirque Napoléon as a compliment to the new Emperor of the French Napoleon III. It originally could accommodate 4,000 people but has now been reduced to 2,090 because of fire codes.
