Capri Dr. House of the Dream Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 The best house ever!!! The other one I made was for someone else! This one is the favorite! It works best with many things and especially house living. This is the most detailed house in the neighborhood. Made with repaired textures, house corners, complete textures, garages, and some other stuff! This is my favorite house apartment. The most cool about it is that it could be used as anything and I will later do the interiors. It is very close to KPHL so I will make a living in GEFS. The interesting V.I.P. that makes it the best, the gardens, nice neighborhood, in-put garages, and also 2 levels of ultra comfort. This is my dream house where I will LOVE to live in when I grow up. The outstanding decorations around it should make this building the fav. of everybody.
