DESCRIPTION

AirPatrol allows you to control your home heating and cooling from your smartphone.

This design aims to Smaller and simpler and the same time Ensuring the Beautiful/High end look.Smaller in area and correct place of Infrared sensor placing make it more sensitive and attractive in wall. Also there in front panel both of Humidity and Temperature sensor make it look so Good.down side of Temperature and humidity sensor, i placed the button hole to make it access so faster and easy way as like all user want.Heart shape is there not only for the Eye catching but also for placing the Wi-fi Antenna inside, I made the wifi symbol there for better appearance.The two IR's Sensor is well placed for better coverage.One is in the bottom at the angle of15-18 degree to take reading so fast and in easier way. And second one i placed front of the Air-patrol face.

Dimension are within the limit (Not so Big), Inner side enough space to fit the motherboard (76X76).I Made the place hole to fasten both the halves with simple 2-3mm diameter screw, which make it so comfortable to open the box for replacing the motherboard if need.And also back side having a place to mount the Air-patrol box on the wall.In back panel i left two side rectangular cutting hole for good air circulation and also to save the device from overheating.there in 1mm height boundary for saving the device from scratch, which is coming generally hanging time at wall or putting the device on the table.

This model suits the Air-patrol brand because of its design giving symbol of good relationship between the company and user also Design sets the all requirement for better performance as always the company promise of.

Design requirements:- Controller unit has to have 2 hidden buttons (small holes), 4 LEDs, 2 Infra-red sensors, temperature and humidity sensors.- Inside the controller there must be room for motherboard with micro-usb connector.- Currently the motherboard size is about 76x76 mm for AirPatrol Nordic.- It has to be possible to open the controller to insert or replace motherboard.- We will not set dimension requirements and will follow the external design when developing the internal structures of the WiFi controller. Maximum dimensions:(H x L x W) 180 x 110 x 40 mm- Two IR sensors are required for maximum coverage depending on the position AirPatrol is placed.
