Air patrol cool and Slimmer version..!!

The product design aims at attractive visual and perfect range of operation, The vents were placed in the back up side for better Air circulation and the back side vents hided from front visualization.

Whenever we hang this product on wall we get the best sensor coverage. One of the sensor is in front face and second one located in bottom side special outlet.

Slim and V type case is best for to place in wall or the table.

I placed the USB port place in right hand side( In inner Recess) for make it hide from the visual and to reduce the material use for manufacturing.

I hope that You will clear the view through the various Renderings and solid model.The reset button is in up and down side of the series of LED's, for good looking and best mode of operation without taking it out from the wall.

Wall hanging profile hole were provided and to place it on the table, I provided the Four bottom curved structure to make it secure from the scratches..!!!

Slimmer Dex v2

The AP team were similar to the nokia team who are not selecting the good models from the competition instead of this they selected the un expected one.

So from now its not a property of Air-patrol team, just its registered logo is the property of them as "AIR PATROL NORDIC"

Yesterday i made 3D print to this project and the result were Awesome to see, I believe that if this model were manufacture using the injection mould and high precision Proto-type developing 3D printer than result will dramatically improve more than expectation.

Print details as follow:-

**Front Half 0.15 mm layer height, 100% infill, 15.4g, 2 hour 50 min 96.5 X 96.5 X 3.5 mm

**Back Half 0.15 mm layer height, 100% infill, 18.4g, 3 hour 37 min 95 X 95 X 12 mm.
