Usage Restrictions

1. Strictly No AI Training

Details: It is strictly prohibited to use the model files, topology, or any rendered images of this asset as data for AI training, machine learning development, or the generation of new content (Generative AI).

1. No Redistribution or Resale

Details: You may not resell, redistribute, or upload the source files (or slightly modified versions) to any websites, forums, or social media platforms on the internet, whether for profit or for free.

Authorized Exception: Direct file transfer is permitted only between close associates or within a small project team for private use or internal production. However, public distribution or uploading to the internet for public download is strictly forbidden.

1. Ethical Use & Copyright Responsibility

While you are encouraged to modify the model into characters you like (such as for cosplay or stylized designs), the buyer assumes all legal responsibility regarding the copyright of any third-party characters created using this base mesh.

2. ห้ามเผยแพร่ต่อหรือขายต่อ (No Redistribution/Resale)

รายละเอียด: ห้ามนำไฟล์ต้นฉบับ (Source Files) หรือไฟล์ที่ดัดแปลงเพียงเล็กน้อยไปลงขายใหม่ หรือแจกฟรีบนเว็บไซต์, ฟอรัม, หรือแพลตฟอร์มโซเชียลมีเดียใดๆ ในอินเทอร์เน็ต

ข้อยกเว้นที่อนุญาต: สามารถส่งต่อให้คนใกล้ชิดในกลุ่มเล็กๆ หรือทีมงานได้ (Direct transfer) เฉพาะในกรณีที่เป็นการใช้งานส่วนตัวหรือภายในโปรเจกต์เท่านั้น แต่ต้องไม่ใช่การอัปโหลดขึ้นอินเทอร์เน็ตเพื่อให้คนทั่วไปดาวน์โหลด

1. ห้ามใช้ในทางที่ละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ผู้อื่น (Ethical Use)แม้จะอนุญาตให้ดัดแปลงเป็นตัวละครที่ชอบ (คอสเพลย์) แต่ความรับผิดชอบด้านลิขสิทธิ์ของตัวละครปลายทางนั้นจะเป็นของผู้ซื้อเอง
