Infinity Retinal Intelligent System (I.R.I.S), a gadget prototype developed by the Meta Advance Tactical Agency, is the subject of the Malaysian animated series Ejen Ali (lit. Agent Ali, produced by WAU Animation), which centres on the titular youngster who mistakenly became an agent after using it (M.A.T.A). I.R.I.S is controlled by neuro-signals, allowing the user to carry out computer-programmed operations. Following the event, Ali works with his uncle Bakar on M.A.T.A operations.

The series was originally shown on TV3 on April 8, 2016, and it is available in HDTV format. The first animated series produced by Media Prima Berhad is called Ejen Ali (MPB).
