When CIHF-DT moved their operations from Akerly Boulevard in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia to Gottingen Street in Halifax in 2012, the former historic Vogue theater (back then it was a church, then a few nightclubs and, most recently, Palooka's boxing club) became a state-of-the-art news center operating as both Global Halifax and Global New Brunswick (CHNB-DT) - formerly Global Maritimes, with a brand-new interview set for the Morning News, as well as the familiar green screen set for other newscasts.
