Stairway spiral - Casa Batllo - Gaudi Free 3D model
Another sculptural element from the Casa Battlo resident stairway, by Gaudi, in Barcelona. One that fits into the end of the stairway's ramp, but only on the floor where the G marked door stands (G for Gaudi, Generation, Genesis), instead of the shark triangle shape usually in place.
A free sample of the 3d models I'm making while learning about 3D polygon editing, using the Casa Batllo, one of my favourite buildings ever, as a reference mine for exercises.
Native model in 3dsmax 2021, made by using edit poly and turbosmoothing mostly. One version of the objects in in its final form, the other in its 'work in progress' form to be adapted or looked at if you want.
Different materials can work fine with this shape.
