This asset includes everything you need to modularly create basic houses, both manual assembly and procedural generation. You can also easily modify both meshes add your own, and add your own textures. But you should also take into account that the materials of metal and glass are just parameters and if you want to open the asset outside of blender, then you will need to create them yourself.
