So the buyer left a negative review, and I guess since he also left a written review this counts as two negative feedbacks, completely destroying the reputation of the product. Otherwise this product has been selling well, in fact one of my best selling products, now unlikely to be never sold again in this marketplace, will be sold in Turbosquid though.
His feedback was the lack of quad based high poly, which I have now provided. He could have just asked for it.
My question to CGT is, why his review shows as two negative feedbacks instead of one?
I guess if you leave a written review as well as two stars, that counts as two feedbacks.
Effectively what this allows is one purchaser to completely demolish a product.
Is this fair?
I think every purchaser should be given chance to review a product ONCE, not TWICE.
