Cannot verify Hyperwallet Payee verification, cannot get my money for 2 months now

I'm not sure this belongs here but I can't seem to find anything about this on Google.

I have set up my Hyperwallet that is linked to my CGTrader, but for the life of me, I am not allowed to verify. They need all kinds of my data. Fine I send everything of me possible with address, Then they ask to give to pictures of my Identity Card, front and back. It seems like that is not enough either, they want a Bank Statement/Credit Card Statement/Official Government letter/Property Tax Assessment/Tax Return/Utility Bill. I don't even understand half of this as I cannot translate these to my language so I send a picture of my Credit Card statement that has the matching address and name, yet they still write in e-mail that it's inaccurate. I give them my Bank Statement but with the name and address pointed out and highlighted yet they still refuse and ask for an 'Alternative Document' - What the heck does that even mean?

I have run out of verification ideas because I only have an Identity Card, a Tax Card, an Address verification Card and my Bank Documents and all these were refused to get the verification on Hyperwallet. I mean we all live on different parts on the world so there won't be same formats of such documents containing personal informations, and obviously the Hyperwallet team won't speak the same language as I do so I guess they're confused about the information seen on the documents.

I have quite a significant amount of money earned so I would like to get it transferred to my PayPal as soon as possible.

Please help me understand how to get through this as I am kind of desperate after a month of trying.
