FBX and OBJ are unusable like previously stated. Do not purchase unless you are using Max, but I can't guarantee that even that is good.

OBJ and FBX are unusable. The models have baked rotations so you will have to straighten them yourself before using. FBX is triangulated so subdivisions don't work. OBJ isn't triangulated, but has Ngons everywhere and is extremely messy.
