Time passes so quickly when you have a competition as cool as this. We are excited to tell you that CGTrader Awards: Best 3D art around the web has come to a halfway! We already gave you a glimpse of what great submissions we are receiving with our previous blog posts about Places you wish were real: Top 10 submissions for CGTrader Awards’ Environment category so far. We hope it inspired you to create something amazing yourself! And now it is time to take a look at a big picture and check how everyone’s doing so far.

As for today, October 25, we have almost 400 participants and 660 submissions in six categories. Environment category received the largest number of submissions while Cartoon one is slightly forgotten and has the least entries. Just a quick reminder - every category will have a winner who will get prizes provided by our amazing partners.
