DESCRIPTION

Low tilted coin display stand, holder for different coin sizes (for coin sizes: 30mm - 43mm).

For example if the coin has 31.5mm diameter you can use 30-31mm holder, if the coin has 32mm diameter use the 32-33mm holder and so on.

The coin display stand and coin holder are two seperate files ready for 3D printing.

IMPORTANT: Both objects should be scaled up by 10x (from 100% to 1000%).

Coin, medal stand size should be 50mm x 50mm x 25.28mm

Coin, medal holder size has to be set to 1000% in slicer (do not pay attention to the size in mm for the holder in slicer, only pay attention to percentage)

Coin stand slicer settings:

  • rotate coin stand for 90° so it can be printed upwards like on the photo

  • layers: height 0.2, width: 0.4

  • top/bottom: layers 2

  • walls: 2 walls, fill gaps between walls everywhere

  • infill: grid, line distance 3mm, overlap 10%, infill layer 0.3mm, infill steps 1

  • temperature: 200°c/50°c

  • speed: 60mm/s, initial layer 50mm/s, brim 40mm/s

Coin holder slicer settings (everything the same except):

  • print it on the side like in the photo

  • layer: height 0.2, width 0.5

  • walls: 4 walls,fill gaps between walls everywhere

  • top/bottom: layers 2
