A professional, highly detailed 3D model of an anatomical human heart, specifically re-engineered and optimized to be used as a master model for silicone mold making and mass casting.
Production & Quality Guarantee100% Hand-Sculpted: Created entirely by a human artist from scratch. Absolutely no AI generation or automated prompt tools used.
Mold-Making Optimized: Curvature, deep recesses, and fine vascular details have been technically adjusted to minimize tearing during silicone mold separation.
Smooth Surfaces: Surface transitions are polished to reduce the need for extensive post-sanding and primer application on your printed master.
Watertight Solid Mesh: Flawless geometry, fully ready for error-free 3D printing (SLA/FDM).
Note: Digital STL files only. Commercial license allows printing this file to create physical silicone molds and sell mass-produced physical casts (resin, plaster, wax, concrete). Digital file redistribution is strictly prohibited.
Technical Specifications & Dimensions:X (Width): 66 mm (2.6 inches)Y (Height): 94 mm (3.7 inches)Z (Depth): 53 mm (2.1 inches)Model
Volume: 144.7 cm³ (approx. 145 ml / 4.9 fl oz)
Scale: 100% (Fully scalable in any slicing software to fit your specific mold-making needs).
Recommended Settings for Master Model Production:
Infill: 100% (Solid) is highly recommended. The master model must be durable to withstand heavy silicone compression or vacuum chamber pressure without breaking or deforming.
Layer Height: 0.03mm – 0.05mm (Resin/SLA) to get perfectly smooth walls and completely eliminate layer lines on your final silicone mold.
Supports: Position the model carefully to keep support marks off the main muscular textures.Inhibition
Prevention: If using platinum-cure silicone, remember to cure the resin print completely and apply a micro-layer of clear acrylic primer to ensure clean silicone curing.
License & Copyright Terms:
This purchase includes a Commercial Physical License. You are legally allowed to 3D print this model, create physical silicone molds, and sell physical mass-produced casts (resin, plaster, wax, etc.). Sharing, reselling, renting, or redistributing the digital files (STL/OBJ) in any form or on any platform is strictly prohibited. All digital rights remain with the author.
