A 5 m3 batch production plant for production of chemicals like silicon oil, polyamide resins, polyester resins and other polymerization reactions and for food and pharmaceutical products manufacturing. All accessories are incorporated from reactor and tanks to pumps to complete piping of the equipments including utility pipes for cooling and heating. The equipments included are:

• a 5m3 reactor

• a 20m2 shell and tube condenser

• a 1m3 distillate recovery tank

• a 100 liter bag filter

• a 220 lt/min internal gear pump with 15 hp motor

• a 5050 lt/min (suction capacity) water ring vacuum pump with 20 hp motor

• a 2'' cooling pipes in the limpet coil with temperature control valve

• a 2'' heating pipes in the internal coil with temperature control valve
