This is a 1:235 scale highly detailed 3D model of a nuclear island based on the AP1000 design, optimized for 3D printing and assembly. This model was originally designed as a single, complex piece and has been redesign as a modular kit to make it easier to print and assemble. Each component has been carefully separated to fit within the built volume of a standard 3D printer. The model includes the main technological equipment of the nuclear island part of the power unit, such as the reactor vessel, steam generators, pressurizer. Piping system are not included in this version, but you can add them mannually while assembling the model. Quick-drying plastic adhesive is required for assembly. Model is split into 68 parts.
